Ribs

What a weekend. We had some awesome company visiting from Florida and had a wonderful time catching up. We ate, drank and explored the city a little bit, even stopped at an old favorite restaurant/bar to do a late night shot, which I did not think I was capable of any more. The last half of the weekend found us at home with the kids and Holly preparing her super yummy ribs. Evyn has become quite fond of Holly's ribs and ate almost all of the left overs throughout the day on Sunday.

As I was heating some ribs for Evyn she started said "What animal are these ribs from? I like all of the different kids of ribs that you can find in Virginia....except for fish ribs." I could do nothing but completely agree with that statement.
