Ashley has always been really nice about taking the kids to her place for the night. This has been going on for years. Evyn and Reed, of course, always, always, always love going to Sissy's house. Now that Ashley and Gary have Reagan, we have been designating one weekend a month as date weekend which means we have all three kids one night and they have all three the other night. It works well. Gary and I decided that date night is great, however, the morning after is the best....no little people with early wake up calls.
We got spoiled recently and have had two date weekends in a row. Too bad they cannot happen every weekend. This is what was going on at our house last Saturday morning. Reagan spends the main part of her life as an only child and the other part of her life as our fourth child. She does both very well since she is the queen wherever she goes.
